Oxolinic Acid is a kind of ketone fungicide , used in rice seed treatment, is the first fungicide with outstanding effect on rice bacterial disease. The occurrence of bacterial bacterial disease can be prevented by chemical treatment before sowing. The mechanism of action is that it has a wide range of antibacterial activity against gram negative bacteria, but has a weak activity against gram positive bacteria and no activity against fungi. By inhibiting the synthesis of DNA, it prevents bacteria from dividing and multiplying. In the bacterial body, the reverse hypercrimp enzyme is introduced into the hypercrimp structure of DNA.
